Everyone Loves a Before & After… So Here are 3 of our Faves!

BEFORE & AFTER #1

This one is definitely a fan favourite! And it occurred to us a few weeks ago that we hadn’t done a proper before and after for it - so here goes!

We’d call it a refresh instead of a renovation - paint, tile, new counters and backsplash, range hood, hardware, lighting and of course that fabulous wood feature on the ceiling of the dining room!

Even though the client thought she didn’t want us to style at the end (renovation fatigue), she agreed to let us style for photos and then she loved it so much she bought nearly every single item! (Actually, that happens a lot!)

All hail the power of styling! And paint. And lighting. All hail the power of interior design!

BEFORE & AFTER #2

The only thing we wanted to keep in the original kitchen were those cans of Prosecco we enjoyed at one of our first on-site meetings!

From cheap white melamine cabinets and speckled composite counters, to custom cabinets stained blue with walnut accents, creamy quartz and zellige tiles.

Is it time for a kitchen renovation in your house? We’ll being the Prosecco!

BEFORE & AFTER #3

With dining rooms really becoming dining areas and being open spaces seen from the rest of the main level, they should be given special treatment. Dramatic wallpaper, beautiful draperies and interesting lighting does the trick!

We love this dining room in our #SCIDbeautifulinbowness project!
