Watermark Refresh

We wouldn’t call this a full scale renovation, but a refresh of our clients home. However, while it was small in size, it definitely was big on impact!

The clients built their home 8 years earlier and felt they’d made some compromises near the end. Understandable!

People can get decision fatigue - especially when they aren’t working with a designer. So it isn’t uncommon for them to compromise on decisions and design choices when they become overwhelmed with the amount of decisions required throughout the process. You can read about how we add value to your project and helping with the staggering amount of decisions is just one of things we take care of.

The clients wanted to refresh their Primary bedroom, bathroom, walk-in-closet and laundry room. They were open to bold pattern and more colour, which we were happy to introduce, as they’d defaulted to a lot of beiges during their build and it definitely lacked personality.

They are a really lovely family with a busy teenager, and needed a space that reflected their style and taste. They also needed function in the form of additional built-ins in their walk-in-closet and it was a fun opportunity to bring in colour and decor.

Do you LOVE the laundry room as much as we love it? I am truly jealous of this space. It’s just so pretty and fun and would make the grind of doing laundry just that much less. Enjoy! And stay tuned for Phase 2 - we’re now doing their main level renovation and we cannot wait to show you!

Feeling inspired to transform your space? We’d love to work with you.
